The tenants receive an invoice on a monthly basis. Beside the rent, it also specifies an advance for electricity, water and (if applicable) TDS connection.

Rent

For a one bedroom apartment the rent amounts Nafl 950,- per month. For a two bedroom apartment this is Nafl 1100,- each month. These prices do include (!) 5% OB tax and gas.

Electricity and water

For each apartment expenditure of electricity and water is measured. The associated costs are based on the commercial rates of AquaElectra. The monthly invoice settles these costs and the paid advance. A new advance is calculated when the expenditure is higher or lower than expected.

Television

A TDS television connection is optional. It brings you an comprehensive channel package at charge of Nafl 85,- per month. The package includes several international channels and movie channels.

Short term lease

Short term lease is only possible per full week with a minimum of 2 weeks. For example, for 15 days you will be charged 3 weeks. A one bedroom apartment costs Nalf 450,- per week; for a two bedroom apartment this is Nafl 550,-. The week price includes 5% OB and gas. For water an advance of Nafl 50,- per month, and for electricity an advance of Nafl 100,- per airco per month has to be paid.
